Use of the Website is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Act, are not eligible to use the Website.

3. Account & Registration

If you use the Website and create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your display name and password. You agree that if You provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, we reserve the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership.

4. Shipping & Plants Policy

As we deal with living plants (Adeniums, Orchids, Cactus), we take utmost care in packaging. However, Pusparani Nursery is not liable for minor stress to plants caused by transit. Safe travel and healthy arrival are our priorities, but customers acknowledge the nature of perishable goods.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to host, display, or share any information that infringes on third-party intellectual property, contains software viruses, or is otherwise unlawful. Unauthorized use of "deep-links", "page-scrapes", or "robots" to monitor website content is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pusparani Nursery shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or products. All materials are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hooghly, West Bengal.

8. Shipping & Handling

Bare root plants will be sent for Adenium,Cactus and Sacculant.
